The first 30 days are FREE As a purchaser of our software you are entitled to free support by email for the first 30 days. You may email us as many times as you wish during this period. We’re here to help you. Annual POMP Support Thereafter, you just pay a single amount each year to maintain your email support and upgrades. This is called our Peace Of Mind Plan (POMP). Email us at any time and we will answer your question(s) by return. FREE Upgrades You are entitled to free upgrades to your purchased product(s) while you remain a subscriber to our POMP. Currently, we give you access to our secure web site so that you can download the upgrades. Our future intension is to offer you a LiveUpdate facility similar to that offered by Microsoft, Symantec and other industry leaders. Whichever the method, you are notified by email whenever a new version is available. Bespoke POMPs Other POMPs, such as telephone support, are also available.
