The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales has selected AccountForce™ as one of just FIVE accounting software developers to be invited to participate in a new publication entitled `Winning Business Strategies.´ This is due to be published in November 1999, and should be available to SMEs from Accountants associated with the Institute.  We look forward to seeing the publication, and will update this page upon its release.

The book is being published by successful contract publishers, Profile Pursuit in response to a need in SMEs identified by the Institute.  Member accounting firms were asked to provide the Institute with lists of client businesses that fell within certain boundaries, specified by the Institute, to do with number of employees, turnover, profitability and growth potential.  Once compiled, this list amounted to 250,000 businesses within the United Kingdom.

The publication is intended to provide advice and information to the SMEs on how best to fulfil their potential, with particular respect to financial and accounting matters.  There will be a section within the book that will cover the choice and operation of a good Accounting System. While we are told that individual packages will not be mentioned, we hope to see the recommendation leaning in AccountForce’s favour!
